I started with a string inspired from an Eric Carle Book. Laura helped me remember the title of this wonderful children's book ~
Draw me a Star. The instructions of how to draw the star are found within this beautifully illustrated book.

The basic star is sort of quilt-y, but you've taken it way beyond! I like the filled-in N'zeppel too.
